RM300 per night for the whole house (maximum capacity 6 persons)
RM 150 for one room (maximum capacity 3 persons)
RM 30 for each extra person

Procedure: Pay and stay.
Fawina Court Condominium located at Taman Ampang Hilir, next to One Ampang Avenue and Duta Suria. Easily access from MRR2 and from Ampang Point.
Fawina Court Condominium main entrance and Security guard post. This place had very tight security with 24 hrs guarded. To enter the compound, we must have access card to open up the security electronic bar.
We have big swimming for adult and shallow pool for children. The swimming pool are clean, hygenic and well maintained.
My homestay located at top level of the buliding. There are no problem to go up to the fifth floor because this block had 2 units of eleavator, plus staircase, in case of emergency. My Homestay fully furnished, the lounge and dining at the same area. From the balcony we can see swimming pool.
My Homestay has to bedrooms and fully furnished, aircon, attached bathroom with shower and hot water.
The Kitchen with stove, sink, washing machine and refrigerator.
